Encourage your KSU student to start 2017 off on the right foot by involving the Department of Sports & Recreation in their New Year's Resolutions. Many programs are revving up for the Spring semester — be a part of the fun!

• First Day of Spring Part 1 Group Exercise Classes: Jan 9, 2017

• Spring Membership: Nature Bound: Jan 9, 2017
As a division of the Outdoor Adventure program, Nature Bound is founded on the principles of experiential learning to develop knowledge, leadership and community. The Nature Bound program provides expertly crafted, skill-based outdoor experiences for all skill levels. Nature bound trips are designed to develop participants through leadership and community opportunities.

Nature Bound Memberships cost $25 and receive great benefits including priority registration, discounts on over 30 trips, discounts on outdoor equipment rental, and a free t-shirt. Nature Bound memberships are always available! Your student can also purchase a membership at the time of registration. Visit us in the Outdoor Adventures Suite located in room 1050 — our attendants will be happy to help you.
