The Outdoor Adventures program at Kennesaw State University provides access to outdoor pursuits to the KSU community. Outdoor Adventures Week highlights all aspects of the program with activities for everyone. Join in on the fun, ask questions you may have and learn how you can get involved!
It's almost tournament time with Intramural Sports! Intramural Sports encourages participation of any skill level — learn a new sport or have some fun playing a game you love. Team creation begins September 24th for Wiffleball and Spikeball Tournaments to be held early October. Register a team on mysportsrec.kennesaw.edu.
OwlFit empowers and educates the KSU community through fun, safe and diverse fitness programs to improve health and wellness. Reach your fitness goals with the variety of programs that OwlFit offers: group fitness classes, personal training, small group training and special event programs.
Part I of the group fitness schedule is live. Instructor-led fitness classes are offered in a variety of formats including: yoga, cycling, bootcamp, PowerNap! and more. Classes are free to KSU Students and recreation members. The full schedule can be found here.
Club sports is a great opportunity for students to continue to play the sports they love, or try something new. Each club is formed, developed, governed and administered by KSU Students. Club teams typically practice and compete over the entire academic year and have the opportunity to compete against other universities and local organizations.
