SCSU Residence Halls Closing May 17Southern Connecticut State University
About a week before school begins, incoming students and juniors will receive an email regarding UC’s online alcohol and sexual assault prevention training. Students are expected to complete AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates by August 27. However, we ask that you encourage your student to complete the training earlier and have a discussion with your Bearcat about your expectations around these two issues prior to arrival at UC. If you or your student have questions regarding the training, please contact the Student Wellness Center at 513-556-6124 or email@example.com.
In addition to overseeing the coordination of these educational trainings, the Student Wellness Center empowers students to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness by providing evidence-based education, inclusive resources, and non-judgmental support.
Be sure to also check out the Student Wellness Center’s Words of Wellness throughout the year. This monthly newsletter provides information and resources about college student wellness to parents and families.
