By Michael Polacek

Being a parent, family member or friend of someone in active addiction or recovery can be confusing, challenging, and frightening. For these reasons, and many more, The Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery offers a support group for the KSU campus and community.

The family support group meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. at the KSU Marietta Campus, Joe Mack Wilson Student Center, Room #271.

Visitor parking is available next to the student center. Please pay at parking kiosk prior to entering building.

Group topics include:

  • When am I loving too much?
  • Signs of relapse
  • Codependency: What is it?
  • Self-care
  • How to survive the chaos

For questions or additional information, please email [email protected] or call 470-578-2538.
